Accepted Payment Methods

Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Final payment must be completed before pickup or delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse placement if necessary for the kitten’s wellbeing.

Pet price ranges:
Sphynx $2,500-$3,000
Elf $2,600-$3,200
Bambino $3,500-$4,000
Breeding rights +$2,000 when approved.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve a kitten and is applied toward the purchase price.

Seller guarantees the kitten/cat to be in good health at the time of transfer and provides a one-year HCM/genetic health guarantee.

Unless breeding rights are granted in writing, the kitten/cat is sold as a pet only.

Declawing is prohibited. Kitten must remain indoors and receive proper food, hygiene, warmth, and care.

Hairlessness may vary due to hormones, age, genetics, and climate. Hairless breeds require regular skin and ear care.

Purchaser agrees to contact Seller first if unable to keep the kitten/cat.

Violation of this agreement may require surrender of the kitten/cat with no refund.
